Here at our American steakhouse, we believe in doing things right every time. We pride ourselves in the consistency of our dishes. When you return to our restaurant for a delicious steakburger or seafood and steak, you know what to expect. All of our American steakhouse dishes are made from fresh ingredients daily. You’ll never get any leftovers here.
We take meat seriously. That’s why we only use USDA choice and prime beef. Our steak comes from grass-fed Sterling Silver premium beef and it is never frozen. The meat is wet aged to soak and tenderize in its own juices. We don’t serve steak from a pre-cut frozen slab. Instead, our chefs cut your steak in-house daily. Whether you like a lean sirloin with full meaty flavor, or a rich thick t-bone, we have something for every taste. If a great pairing of steak and seafood is what you are craving, we can take care of that as well. You can add a lobster tail or jumbo shrimp to any of our steak dishes.
Our seafood is our only exception to our frozen meat standard. The lobster we serve is a large Australian catch and it doesn't disappoint. You won't find such a great pairing as an Original Great American ribeye and lobster. The perfect marbling of the steak and the flavor of the lobster are a marriage of deliciousness. We’ve traveled far and wide and have yet to find a seafood and steak dish that matches our flavor.
Some even dare to call it the best burger in El Paso. That’s probably because it’s not your average burger. It’s the original steakburger from our family recipe. Americans take their burgers pretty seriously. So much so, that 71% of beef eaten in restaurants is in the form of a burger. Here at our American steakhouse we don’t purchase ground beef, and we certainly don’t use preformed burgers. We grind our own steak daily to create a delicious burger. The result is juicy, thick meat cooked to order. Customers return time and time again for the great flavor.
Our traditionalist burger lovers like it plain with lettuce and pickles. But our adventurous diners pile on toppings like grilled onions, bacon, mushrooms, green chile, or even bleu cheese. And we wouldn’t be a true El Paso restaurant without a touch from south of the border. Our Chihuahua steakburger was added to the menu to honor the El Paso's very own baseball team. It’s a hearty meal not for the faint of heart. Come hungry to try this steakburger piled with a hotdog, brisket, green chile, and grilled onions. It certainly is big enough to feed a few baseball players.
Our original owner and grandfather of the current owner, Bill Nunn, came up with the secret family recipe for our pineapple coleslaw and pinto beans, which we like to call Texas Caviar. The rich seasoning in our beans receives daily compliments. Others have tried to replicate our recipe, but grandpa truly knew good flavor when he founded our American Steakhouse.
We know you’re going to love our sides as much as your main course so we always bring large portions to your table. We don’t let you go home hungry.
